UNIQUE DESIGN FEATURES INCLUDE

1. NO direct immersion of elements into water being pumped - no scale build-up or element burn out as is common in direct immersion type, electrically heated systems
2. LARGE Heater B.T.U. storage tank allows for continuous recovery even when the gun is triggered off. This provides for good heat retention at higher flow rates. Water in tank is treated with Permafilm P to prevent corrosion and galvanic action.
   
3. COIL - Stainless steel coil provides efficient heat transfer from heat storage solution to high pressure water passing through the coil. No water/soap scale will form as the maximum coil temperature never exceeds 190°F (fuel fired coils are subject to skin temperature of up to 750°F and can therefore scale up). Easy coil repair or replacement if ever required.
   
4. WATER is heated on the pressurized side of the pump which allows for a longer pump life.
5. ELEMENTS - calrod heaters are of tubular design and encased in an incaloy sleeve for
   long life. Each pin may be replaced independently (not like screw plug type as used
   by others) at 1/3 of the cost.
   
6. SAFETY low heater solution cut off switch is placed in the tank to shut off the power to the elements should the level drop. The tank temperature is thermostatically controlled with a 24 VAC circuit.
7. THERMO BLANKET - The tank is fully insulated to provide almost 100% energy input/output efficiency (all power is used to heat water)
   
8. INSTANT hot pressurized water. Since the heater is always at operating temperature
   you get hot water the moment you trigger the gun. No cool down procedure is required
   after use. A 5 minute wash job is 5 minutes only.
   
9. TROUBLE FREE - Fully automatic heat exchanger (no operator controls). Fully automatic START/STOP motor circuit. Machine may be operated from any remote location by simply triggering the gun on and off. Solid state shut down after 10 seconds.
   
10. NO OPEN FLAME - can be used in environmentally sensitive areas. May be installed
    almost anywhere - under stairway, under work bench, compressor room, storage room,
    shop area, etc.
